As a creative agency, there is nothing greater than when one of your closest friends comes to you with a fun project! We’ve been photographing Aisha (Zaza Sams) for quite a few years with her fitness journey, as well her as hit podcast, The Mindset Mile. The next phase of her entrepreneurship endeavors is the launch of Well Prepped, a guide to intuitive eating complete with shopping lists and recipes.

Our lifestyle photography session was shot right inside her beautiful home in Santa Barbara, California. We aimed to capture a cover image for the new guide along with a series of photos that she could use throughout her marketing campaign on social media and website. One of the main aspects of her guide is that it’s relatable to families and busy (wo)men who want to eat intuitively, healthy and it’s full of flavor without it taking a long time …. so of course we had to take some photos with her son, Oliver!

We approach our brand photography shoots with a lifestyle approach with the goal to ensure that the content feels approachable, relatable, and on brand so that ideal clients can envision themselves working with the person, or using the products in their own homes or lifestyles. This approach usually involves us shooting in a variety of locations that fit the brand aesthetics and we highly encourage our business owners to be in front of the camera as much as possible as people love to invest in owners they’ve come to know and love.
